[nova-lxd] retiring nova-lxd

Oh, that's very sad news... I was about to deploy a relatively big
OpenStack Cloud (for ~500 LXD Instances) running on nova-lxd but now, I'll
cancel it.
No more bare-metal cloud?!   :-(
