Subject: [mongodb-user] Populating illustrative data for
new customer accounts
We help medical practices issue and track patient surveys. When I bring on-board a medical practice, I want to prepopulate their account with some illustrative patients so they can see what things will look like, click around and get a better feel for the product.
Our model has patients who can have many treatments, treatments can have many surveys, and providers who are linked to both treatments and patients. In this illustrative data set we're talking 3 patients, each with 1 treatment and about 10 surveys each.
I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction of how to create this kind of data for each new organization we create. The documents would have to have unique IDs to avoid conflicts across organizations, and they would have to be linked to the ID of the new organization and the new provider user.
Thanks for your help!
