Subject: [mongodb-user] Legacy C++ driver for MAC with SSL
I have to use the legacy driver in a macosx El Capitan and with ssl enabled in order to access mongo with the authentication method.
I've followed these instructions http://mongodb.github.io/mongo-cxx-driver/legacy-v1/installation/.
I've installed boost 1.65The scons command that I'have used is:scons --prefix=/usr/local --ssl --osx-version-min=10.11 install
And without any error.
In my own project that use the legacy driver and can not link the project. The compiler throw the message:
Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64: "_FIPS_mode_set", referenced from: mongo::(anonymous namespace)::SSLManager::SSLManager(mongo::(anonymous namespace)::Params const&, bool) in libmongoclient.a(ssl_manager.o)
I have search on Internet and it seems that FIPS is not available in Mac, so how can I compile the driver in Mac in order to be able to use ssl for accessing to mongodb with authentication method?
Thanks in advance
