Role: Sr. Qlikview & Power BI Developer

Work Location : Charlotte, NC

Duration of assignment (in Months): 6-12 Months

Experience : 5-6 Years


Technical/ Functional Skills:

QlikView 11.X, SQL 2008, Power BI


Experience Required:

QlikView 11.X, Power BI, SQL 2008 , Insurance domain knowledge is added advantage


Roles & Responsibilities:

5-6+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and maintaining large enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. Experience with all aspects of data warehousing, including data modeling, integration, and OLAP


-        Requirements Gathering, Analysis & Design, Develop QlikView Dashboards using different Chart, Drill through, List, Input Field, Table Box etc..


-        Working knowledge of SET Analysis, QlikView Server, QlikView Publisher, and QlikView Enterprise Version.


Creating complex expressions for dynamic aggregation, Actions and triggers


Experience with Security implementation.


-        Working knowledge of Integrating QVW within existing windows based .Net application by using OCX controls.


Skill in designing and developing complex studio reports involving drill down and master detail queries


Developing new reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop


Establish new data models and ingest and cleanse data from a variety of sources and Extend an existing business workflow to push key data into a Power BI dashboard.


Working with several team members to identify reporting requirements and translate them into sustainable, automated reports and dashboards


Monitor and resolve issues for the Enterprise Reporting environments to maintain a highly available reporting system for customers.


-        Solid experience with coding SQL queries and experience in RDBMS


Strong knowledge of data models, database design and writing stored procedures


Generic Managerial Skills:

Need good communication and analytic skills .should be able to work/lead a small size team.

Should know change management procedure.   

Urgent Requirement: Data Analyst (OH)

Role: Business/Data Analyst

Work Location : Columbus, OH

Duration of assignment (in Months): 12 Months

Experience : 6-8 Years


Technical/ Functional Skills:

•             Data Analysis and Data Mapping

•             Business Analysis


Experience Required:

•             Experience in Data analysis and mapping

•             Translate business needs into detailed solution requirements that can be used by Business, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, and Training partners to validate and communicate the project deliverables.

•             Data analysis for large claims implementation projects.

•             Map and define data across multiple systems to ensure consistency in data definition.

•             Identify gaps in data across multiple systems.

•             Understanding data modeling concepts, data mapping, and data analysis.

•             Insurance background with Guidewire knowledge is preferred.


Roles & Responsibilities:

•             Analyze and map data in existing system and reports to new system. Provide mapping on fields or definitions and resolution on data gaps between systems and reports. 

•             Capable of identifying key stakeholders who can contribute to requirements documentation. Skilled at collecting information utilizing knowledge of various elicitation techniques and providing documentation and requirements that meet the project needs.

•             Prioritize, organize and document solution requirements in an understandable format. 

•             Coordinate with stakeholders and project team for requirements review and validation to ensure the solutions meet the business needs. Obtain approvals on requirements and scope.

•             Manage change control and maintain solution requirements.  Functional knowledge of requirements traceability to manage requirements through change and risk.

•             Validate that all related project delivery tasks have been completed prior to the production release date.

•             Serve as a liaison to the Business, Information Technology and Quality Assurance partners. 

•             Follow established PMO best practices and methodology as defined for this project.


Generic Managerial Skills:

•             Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, work management and analytical skills.

•             Must possess ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines.
