Re: Regarding Feature Support on Editing User details


Saksham,

Sorry for delayed reply. I am also adding fineract dev so others can
respond to.

As discussed we don't want the users to be editing the core fields about
the client that are saved by KYC so I think we either want the subset of
fields they can edit to be a separate data table or it's something that the
staff has to verify before it gets stored in Mifos (using maker-checker).

The fields that I think would be editable are photo, mobile phone, email
address, address, next of kin (potentially), profession could be added as
new field, contact time/preference (i.e. dropdown of window of time to be
contact could also be there), could also have opt-in/out to campaign
updates.
