Re: For new committers: how to merge a PR in Fineract 1x... and how to ask for help

Thanks Myrle. That particular question came from me. I thought there may be
a more formal onboarding process for new committers - and I wanted to make
sure that I hadn't missed something. The documentation links that you
provided are helpful. Perhaps in the future you can send a specific message
to new committers letting them know about these resources. I know that new
committers want to make sure that they are following correct procedures and
a little nudge in the right direction as far as how to do that would be
helpful.

I'm looking forward to contributing more to the Fineract community.
Steve
