I think you just need to be a member of
https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/group/hudson-jobadmin

I've disabled it for now in case there's any useful data we want to
extract before deletion.
Or it could be converted into a Windows build; I'll take a look later.

I don't think there are any working Macs at present.
