Downloaded, checked sigs, LICENSE & NOTICE, found build instructions via README.
Built and ran tests using './mvnw install' as recommended in build
instructions, using Oracle JDK 11 on Linux.
Ran "mvn apache-rat:rat".
Checked that .tar.gz contents match git commit 861d05a2d.
