Re: [VOTE] Apache ActiveMQ 5.15.4


+1 (non-binding)

I checked things over as follows:
- Verified the signature and checksum files (see note below).
- Checked for LICENCE and NOTICE files being present in the archives.
- Ran the source build.
- Ran the smoke tests.
- Started the broker from the tar.gz binary and ran some AMQP client
examples with it.
- Used the staging repo to run the Qpid JMS master tests against the broker.

One note is that the current release distribution policy says we
should not include MD5 checksums anymore, so I think those should be
removed before release.
